Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing SuddiZap, you signify your agreement to these Terms and the YouTube Terms of Service.
2. Intermediary Status (Section 79) SuddiZap is an "Intermediary" under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India). We do not create, modify, or edit the news provided via RSS and act only as a technical pathway to public information.
3. User Conduct Users are prohibited from:

Attempting to download or re-host YouTube videos.

Using automated bots or scrapers to extract data.

Sharing content that is patently false or threatens the sovereignty of India.
4. Account & Data Deletion SuddiZap provides a dedicated feature within the app settings (Account/Logout section) for users to permanently delete their data. Once a user initiates this, the action is irreversible.
5. Limitation of Liability SuddiZap is provided "AS IS." Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Davanagere, Karnataka.
