    Privacy & DMCA Policy

    Effective Date: January 4, 2026

    1. Our Commitment to Privacy SuddiZap ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Balachandra D (with future plans for Suddizap Media LLP), provides news aggregation services while prioritizing your data security. This policy explains how we handle data across our mobile application and website.

    2. Technology & Data Collection

    • RSS Aggregation: We use RSS technology to fetch news headlines and snippets. We do not store original full-text articles on our servers.

    • YouTube API Services: Our platform uses YouTube API Services to display video news. By using SuddiZap, you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

    • Automated Data: We use Google Analytics and AdMob. These collect anonymized identifiers (IP address, Advertising ID) for performance and ads.

    3. User-Controlled Data Deletion (Self-Service) We believe in user autonomy. You have full control over your data:

    • Self-Service Erasure: You can delete your personal data and account information directly within the app. Simply navigate to the Account/Logout section and select the "Delete Account/Data" option. This will immediately trigger the erasure of your stored preferences and identifiers from our active database.

    • Manual Request: If you are unable to access the app or have questions regarding your data, you may email contact@suddizap.com with the subject "Data Erasure Request." We will process manual requests within 30 days in accordance with the DPDP Act 2023.

    4. Copyright & DMCA (Takedown Policy) SuddiZap respects intellectual property. If you are a publisher and wish to have your RSS feed or video removed:

    1. Email contact@suddizap.com with the URL and proof of ownership.

    2. We will remove or disable access to the content within 24–36 hours as per the Indian IT Rules 2021.
