1. Intermediary Status & News Policy
SuddiZap acts as an "Intermediary" under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Attribution: Every news article is clearly attributed to its original source/publisher with a timestamp.

No Editorial Control: We do not create or modify the news. We provide a pathway for you to discover content from third-party RSS feeds.

Content Accuracy: We are not responsible for the accuracy of news published by external sources.
2. User Conduct & Prohibited Content
You agree not to use SuddiZap to share information that:

Is patently false, misleading, or threatens the sovereignty and integrity of India.

Infringes upon the Copyright of any publisher or individual.

Is defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy.
3. Copyright & Takedown (Rule 75 & IT Rules 2021)
If you are a publisher and wish to have your RSS feed removed or if you find infringing content:

Submit a Notice: Email our Grievance Officer with the specific URL and proof of ownership.

Response Time: As per Indian law, we will act on valid legal notices to disable access to infringing content within 36 hours.
4. Limitation of Liability
SuddiZap is provided "AS IS." We are not liable for any losses incurred from relying on information aggregated from third-party publishers.
5. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of davanagere, karnataka.
